As much as Singapore enjoys a lively street food culture, it is also a dying heritage. Much thanks to pretentious hipster food. Such is the conundrum we're facing in our beloved city state. What then would the taste of our favourite local fare be like in the future?

The Taste of Future made it into a shortlist of 10 entries out of 123 in the newly-implemented Young Spikes 2018 Design category.
